Thames Valley Tristars is the junior section of Thames Valley Triathletes based in Berkshire, UK. The Club covers a large area of Berkshire and South Oxfordshire, including Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Maidenhead & Henley.

The club caters for juniors aged from 8 to 16 interested in training and or competing in the triathlon sports of swimming, cycling & running. The emphasis is on fun whilst learning the skills involved in competing in triathlons.

The club meets for training weekly on a Sunday afternoon mainly during school term time.

​

All levels of ability are welcome to join. The only minimum requirement is that the junior can ride a bike and swim the distance for their age group. You can find these on the Tristars – About Triathlon page.

The Club is coached by volunteer British Triathlon coaches & parent helpers. Our coaches hold British Triathlon Coaching qualifications and are fully covered by British Triathlon Federation insurance.
